One Year Limited Warranty

Our limited warranty covers defects in material and workmanship.  This limited warranty applies to domestic use only and to original purchaser only. Save your sales receipt as proof of purchase.  Proof of Purchase is required for a limited warranty to be valid.

Return Policy

All Systems may be returned for any reason, opened or unopened, within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund of the merchandise amount. Shipping is not refunded.  For full details, download here.

No, you can not sleep on your System, even though it looks like a cool bunk.  Just kiddin' around with you, but here's a collection of questions we do hear and some savvy answers from our OTW Team.

Q.  What tools do I need to install an OTW System?

A.  2 hands, a drill and level to make it hang straight.  Having a spare bud to help you hang it will make it way easier, and you can show off when you're done.  Handy tip, most smart phones have a cool level app.
